United States Shipping
All U.S. orders ship from our warehouse in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and are carefully prepared to ensure prompt and secure delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Orders up to $99.99 — Flat-Rate Ground shipping: $13.15.
- Orders of $100 or more — FREE Ground Shipping!
Order Processing
- Orders placed by 1:00 PM (ET) are processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM (ET) ship the next business day.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. legal holidays.
- Shipping is available within the Contiguous United States only.
- We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Expedited Shipping (U.S.)
For those who prefer priority delivery, expedited shipping is available via UPS Next Day Air Saver®.

- Orders placed by 1:00 PM (ET) ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM (ET) ship the next business day.
- Please note that carriers do not operate on weekends or U.S. legal holidays. As an example, overnight orders placed on Friday before 1:00 PM (ET) will ship that day and be delivered on Monday.

Australian Orders
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM (local time) are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM (local time) ship the next business day, Monday through Friday.
Shipping & Delivery
- Complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders — no minimum spend.
- Delivery typically occurs within 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on location.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, our carrier will provide instructions for collection.
Express Shipping
- Express delivery via Australia Post is available for $20 AUD.
- While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, express delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.
